Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: NJP to Yuksom (5,800 ft)
Scenic transfer to the ancient capital of Sikkim, Yuksom. Trek briefing and gear check.
Day 2: Trek Yuksom to Bakhim / Tsokha (9,800 ft)
14 km trek through lush oak forests and river bridges to Tsokha.
Day 3: Trek Tsokha to Dzongri (12,980 ft)
Steep climb through rhododendron forests via Phedang to the high meadows of Dzongri.
Day 4: Dzongri Top Sunrise Excursion
Ascend to Dzongri Top (13,680 ft) at 4:30 AM for a 360-degree panorama of Kanchenjunga.
Day 5: Trek Dzongri down to Tsokha
Descend through red rhododendron trails back to the settlement of Tsokha.
Day 6: Trek Tsokha to Yuksom
Complete the return trek to Yuksom. Celebrate with hot local Sikkimese dinner.
Day 7: Yuksom to NJP / Bagdogra Departure
Transfer back to NJP or Bagdogra airport.
